A Code of Ethics ensures that all members of the WCAUK operate to the highest standards, protecting not only their businesses but also their customers and the reputation of the industry as a whole.

The updated Code of Ethics is built around seven core principles:

Commitment and Accountability
By becoming a member of the Window Cleaning Association UK, every professional agrees to uphold these standards. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
This ensures that membership of the WCAUK is a recognised mark of trust, safety, and professionalism.
